Narberth Lite

George Cotts displays at Storm King the sensational sculpture consisting of two thin stainless steel columns positioned about three feet apart.  Each tube is an irregular elongated spiral.  Each is rotated electrically and slowly.  They interact with one another.  Seen from a distance, they are ethereal.

Mine is more NARBERTH.  It’s solar-driven.  Each column rotates forty Coors Lite beer cans.  And requires you to put a penny in the adjacent meter for twelve minutes of down-home kinetic art.
